Q. What file format should I send my file in?
A. Most popular formats are acceptable. A list of formats we accept is available here. However, if your project contains non-standard fonts it should be sent in a format which does not rely on the font files for proper display or convert the fonts to outlines to insure the project prints as intended.
Q. What is the maximum file size I can upload?
A. Currently we are accepting files no larger than 2 mb. We are working to accept larger files. In the meantime, if this is a problem please contact us and we will find a file transfer solution to suit your needs.
Q. What if I have more than one file to print?
A. If you can compress the documents into a single file (like a .zip file) you can upload them all at once. Just indicate that you are printing a multi-page document and indicate the total number of pages in the appropriate field on the order form. For more information on printing multi-page documents see the next question. If you want to send the files individually you have to place them as separate orders. The orders will be combined when they are billed.
Q. I have a mulit-page document. How should I send it?
A. When you indicate the number of copies on the order form it should reflect the number of copies you want made of the set. Later you will have a chance to indicate the number of individual pages. For example if you have a 10 page document and you want 100 copies of each page you would enter 100 for the number of copies and 10 for the number of pages.
